Mission:
The mission of TAASPYC is to unite leaders and advocates for young children to
positively impact early childhood education in
Texas.
Objectives:

To develop leaders to serve as advocates of programs for young children.
- To
define the components of high-quality programs for young children.

To promote among the members discussion and exchange of ideas, data, and information
regarding curriculum, instructional strategies, and research in order to improve
educational programs for young children.

To collaborate with community agencies, professional organizations, and colleges and
universities in the furtherance of aims and purposes of this organization.
